Georgiy Zhytar

Founder; Leadership & Agile Management Coach

During his career over last 15 years, Georgiy enjoyed roles of a software developer, team lead, program manager, engineering leader and even a president of a Toastmasters club. Lately he was leading an engineering team of 50 people in SolarWinds, Inc that delivered innovative products to more than 100.000 customers all over the world.

Based on his experience with overcoming challenges of a rapid company growth, Georgiy started LeadingWise.ly to help other businesses be more innovative and productive.

Whenever you talk to him in person, he’d be glad if you ask about any topic from his broad interests including education, CrossFit, teal organizations, parenting, public speaking and stoic philosophy.
